We love convenience stores. They are like small Bazaars where you can practically find the rarest items you can imagine. They possess a genuine charm.
When our clients presented us with the challenge of creating B2B communication showing how well the loyalty plan was working and at the same time, making of this action a tribute to store owners, ambassadors and distributors, we fell in love with the idea.
We decided that something as unique as a convenience store it should be treated with respect.
We conducted interviews of the store owners, field brand marketing agents, and distributors creating stories, showing who they are, what they think, and communicating our honest appreciation to every single one of them.
